Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or return: The item must be in the same condition as received, Unused, and in its original packaging.
The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once a product is opened or used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges/Returns are allowed only in the following cases:
The product is damaged, or you received the wrong item.
The product seal was broken or not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
The product was expired at the time of delivery.
If your return request is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from the same address. You will be informed about the expected pickup date.
For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 days after the return pickup is completed.
For any delivery-related discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped.
If approved, you will receive a full refund of the order amount.
Anaga Naturals reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including (but not limited to) stock unavailability, pricing or information errors, or issues related to customer details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
